So what is coaching and why CliftonStrengths?
Individualized coaching is perfect for those seeking to grow both professionally and personally. Coaching is exploring your challenges, your triumphs, your strengths, and, yes, even your weaknesses in a thoughtful, intentional way. It’s vulnerable conversations, deep reflection, and “a-ha!” moments. Coaching is an investment in yourself. In a typical session, we might unpack your CliftonStrengths assessment,
set personal and professional goals, tackle a tough problem, or strategically align your values and vision for a successful future.
Grounding our coaching sessions in the CliftonStrengths assessment gives us a universal, positive language to help us articulate what we do best, how we do it, and even why we do things in our own unique way. While it’s certainly not the only tool out there to express ourselves, it’s a powerful one that’s grounded in nearly 70 decades of research, backed by Gallup, and focuses on what we bring to the table.

Want to know more about CliftonStrengths? This might be the best option for you if you aren’t ready to invest in regular coaching sessions. We will unpack your strengths report and then spend time on a topic or challenge of your choosing.
Includes your choice of a CliftonStrengths Assessment.
6-Session Punch Pass
(6), 60-minute sessions
Think of this as a “tune up” package - maybe you need help with a particular challenge or just want to fine tune a few things at work or home. This is a great option for check-ins and accountability without a full-time commitment. Sessions spaced at a cadence of your choosing. Includes your choice of CliftonStrengths Assessment.
Monthly Coaching Package
60-minute sessions
60-minute coaching sessions spaced
two weeks apart; 3-month minumum to get started with options to stop, pause, or continue. Great for individuals looking to establish a regular coaching practice, set goals, and have accountability for personal and professional growth.
Email and text support available as needed. A perfect way to invest in yourself for a quarter, a year, or a lifetime. Includes your choice of a CliftonStrengths Assessment.

WALK & TALKS
A signature coaching style of mine that combines movement and coaching all in a 60 or 90 minute session. In these relaxed coaching sessions, we will walk & talk through any topic or challenge you desire. After the walk, I will provide you with a few notes and additional resources to work through between sessions. It’s a great way to get your mind as well as your body moving while we dive into what’s on your plate.
Don’t live in Atlanta? No problem. Walk and Talks can take place over the phone, over Zoom
(with cameras off), or in-person at Brook Run Park in Dunwoody, GA. Weather isn’t an issue - we can do laps together around the house or on a treadmill - whatever works for you to show up and move your body and mind together.
