As I look around and settle into this season of gratitude, I feel deeply thankful—not just in a passing way, but in the sense that fills you up and spills over into everything you do. Almost three years ago, I stepped out on a journey with Strengths on Site. I wanted to create a space where people could come together, dig deep, get real, and grow. And here we are, three years in, building something that truly matters. Today, I’m honored to share some new offerings and exciting changes with you—additions that I believe will make our work together even richer and more impactful.
Announcing the Strengths on Site Shop
This year, I’m so excited to introduce something I’ve been working on with intention and care—the Strengths on Site Shop. At the heart of this shop are the Amazing Cards. If you’ve attended one of my workshops, you know these cards spark some of the most meaningful, connective conversations. Now, for the first time, you can bring these cards into your own spaces—your teams, your families, your retreats. I’ve also created custom workshop bundles for those of you looking to bring this energy into bigger settings, with resources designed to deepen and strengthen connections.

Expanding Our Workshop Offerings
This year has been full of growth, and I’ve been working to bring new depth and variety to my workshop lineup. Here are just a few new offerings that I’m thrilled to share:
Foundations in Generative AI: This workshop explores the landscape of artificial intelligence in an approachable, hands-on way. My goal here is to demystify AI and show how it can support creative problem-solving and thoughtful leadership.
Level Up Leadership Development Program: I’m opening new cohorts for this program, which has been one of the most rewarding parts of Strengths on Site. This is a place for emerging leaders to lean into their strengths, build confidence, and learn how to lead from a place of authenticity and clarity.
Crucial Conversations: I’ve refreshed this workshop’s materials to go even deeper into those difficult but essential conversations we all face. It’s designed to give you actionable strategies to communicate openly, address challenges head-on, and create space for genuine understanding.
